Lahore: 3–5 working days
Outside Lahore: 5–7 working days

Dry clean only. Do not dry clothes in direct sunlight. Iron the clothes at a moderate temperature. Store the outfit in the garment bag provided.

If the wrong size or item was sent from our end, or there is any stitching or manufacturing issue, please reach out to us within 48 hours with clear photos or videos. If the issue is from our end, we will arrange a refund.
If the wrong size was selected while placing the order, we can offer an exchange, but a refund would not be applicable in this case.
Customized, altered, sale, or discounted pieces are not eligible for exchange unless the issue is from our end.
