• Every Rūh order is prepared individually and carefully checked before it leaves us, so we can make sure everything is just right before dispatch.
• Our usual delivery time is:
• Lahore: 3–5 working days
• Outside Lahore: 5–7 working days
• Once your order is dispatched, we’ll share the tracking details with you. Delivery may take a little longer during sales, holidays, or busy order periods.
• We truly appreciate your patience while we make sure your order reaches you just the way it should be.

Dry clean only. Do not dry clothes in direct sunlight. Iron the clothes at a moderate temperature. Store the outfit in the garment bag provided.

• We understand that sometimes a size may not work out as expected, and we’ll always do our best to help.
• If the wrong size or item was sent from our end, or there is any stitching or manufacturing issue, please reach out to us within 48 hours with clear photos or videos. If the issue is from our end, we will arrange a refund.
• If the wrong size was selected while placing the order, we can offer an exchange, but a refund would not be applicable in this case.
• Customized, altered, sale, or discounted pieces are not eligible for exchange unless the issue is from our end.
